Job Summary: Coordinate the integrated logistics operation, define and monitor indicators, manage carriers, and propose strategic projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead strategic logistics optimization projects **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the BPA Group's integrated logistics operation—including transportation, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution—through third-party companies and/or the company's own fleet, ensuring efficiency and service level; * Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, lead time, freight cost, service level, and productivity); * Manage carrier contracting, performance evaluation, and replacement, ensuring adherence to established SLAs; * Plan and establish logistics policies, including distribution, warehousing, and supply strategies; * Collaborate with S&OP/PCP on logistics planning to ensure alignment among demand, production, and operational capacity; * Coordinate logistics costs by analyzing expenses, identifying variances, and proposing action plans for resource optimization; * Propose and lead strategic logistics projects—including network redesign, cost reduction, and service level improvement; * Ensure availability of necessary resources, infrastructure, and work instructions for logistics operations execution. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field * Preferably extensive experience in the field **Our communication with you will be via email or WhatsApp/Phone.****Keep your contact information updated and monitor your inbox—including spam folder.** **Interested in this position?** --------------------------- Apply now and take the next step in your career!
