Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for performing cashier operations, managing cash, preparing reports, resolving payment issues, and maintaining an organized work environment. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8 AM to 5 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Cashier Operations: Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, process cash payments, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods. Cash Control: Verify and organize cash at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure register accuracy. Change Management: Maintain an appropriate change fund and exchange banknotes and coins as needed. Security: Follow security procedures for cash handling and loss prevention. Reporting: Prepare daily sales and financial movement reports. Problem Resolution: Address cash discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues with customers. Work Environment Maintenance: Keep the workplace clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. **Requirements:** A degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field is a plus; Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier role; Basic computer literacy; Proficiency in handling cash and performing cashier operations; Strong communication skills and customer service orientation; Ability to work effectively in a team; Proactivity.
