Perform basic machine setup, including workpiece clamping and tool changes. Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing orders. Monitor the machining process to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Perform measurements using instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Make simple adjustments to machining parameters when necessary. Identify and report non-conformities in the production process. Maintain organization and cleanliness at the workstation in accordance with 5S practices. Comply with company-established safety and quality standards. Support the programming and preparation team when requested. Previous experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machine Operator, Machining Technician, or Machining Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
