Job Summary: A Human Resources professional to support departmental activities, organize and conduct recruitment processes, and ensure HR-related information accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Support Human Resources management activities and optimize internal processes. 2. Conduct recruitment and selection, from resume screening to employee onboarding. 3. Ensure transparency and compliance of HR information. Support various Human Resources department activities as needed, contributing to the smoothness and effectiveness of internal processes. Organize and conduct individual or collective recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, administration of theoretical tests and group dynamics, through to process closure. Finalize selection processes, ensuring delivery and verification of required documentation, successful hiring, and onboarding of new employees. Provide accurate HR-related information to employees and managers, promoting transparency and compliance with internal policies. Perform data entry and updates in HR management systems, especially those related to payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and other employment records. Identify needs and support the organization of training and development initiatives aligned with team requirements and institutional objectives. Carry out internal activities, such as distribution of gifts and participation in campaigns and events promoted by the institution, according to the organizational calendar. Assist with diverse tasks related to the Human Resources department.
