




Job Summary: Foreign Trade Analyst focused on prospecting new markets, managing exports, and controlling documentation to serve international customers. Key Highlights: 1. Business trend analysis and negotiation **Job Description:** Analyze business trends to identify opportunities in new markets; Conduct initial outreach to acquire new customers in overseas markets; Send catalogs, price lists, technical specifications, and samples, as well as make telephone contacts, as required; Determine the most suitable transportation mode by obtaining quotations and contracting transportation services: maritime, road, and/or air; Prepare and organize documents related to each export process; Issue sales orders to facilitate procurement of raw materials, thereby enabling production planning and timely delivery to customers; Control commercial department documents to enhance traceability and ensure prompt response to customer needs; Perform analysis and verification of shipping documents, such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificate of Analysis (COA); Analyze Letters of Credit, track and verify arrival of documents involved in export processes—including freight, insurance, product testing reports, customs brokers, and/or others—and forward them to the finance department for billing purposes; Generate charts and spreadsheets to monitor sales planning versus actual performance.
