Collaboration in continuous process improvement **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- Main Responsibilities: * Prepare, assemble, adjust, and maintain tools, molds, dies, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. * Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions to perform toolmaking tasks. * Inspect the quality of finished products, identifying and resolving tooling-related issues. * Document and record performed activities, as well as manage tool and material inventory control. * Collaborate with the production team by providing technical support and participating in continuous process improvement initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ Required Qualifications: * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related field. * Experience in toolmaking activities. * Knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation, metrology, and machine tool operation (lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, etc.). * Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of hot runner systems. * Knowledge of plastic injection molds.
