RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage planning, route optimization, goods verification, and store fulfillment processes; - Monitor, generate, and develop departmental KPIs; - Prospect and manage relationships with transportation carriers; - Manage the department’s budget; - Manage digital operational platforms; - Ensure and enhance routine processes and activities performed by team members; - Identify process improvements across departments; - Train and develop team members to perform routine tasks effectively; - Receive, store, pick, and ship inventory items; - Conduct cargo loading and unloading verification; - Coordinate merchandise transfers between branches; - Logistics operations; - Monitor performance against targets; - Oversee departmental operations and lead the team. QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in the transportation sector; - Advanced Excel proficiency; - Alignment with the company’s culture and values; - Knowledge of construction materials, appliances, consumer electronics, furniture, and/or financial services sectors; - Experience in leadership and team management; - Experience in receiving, organizing, and controlling inventory; - Experience in loss prevention. You stand out if you have: - A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Commercial Management / Financial Management / Business Process Management / Logistics; - SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) system experience.
