




Job Summary: Professional responsible for registering production in SAP, ensuring material handling, analyzing consumption, and guaranteeing postings according to the technical bill of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Performing production registration and control in the SAP system. 2. Responsible for materials management and SOX compliance. 3. Guiding team members on proper document completion. **Responsibilities:** * Register production volume in SAP according to the shipping manifest (a document listing all products in a shipment or consignment). * Ensure proper handling of pending materials in COGI (inventory adjustment to ensure correct material consumption in SAP) and ensure compliance with SOX controls comparing shipping manifests against SAP data. * Print and archive posting dossiers. * Process write-offs (excess losses beyond scrap allowance) upon submission of supporting documentation (Technical Reports). * Analyze consumption of raw materials and supplies. * Guarantee postings comply with the Technical Bill of Materials. * Print labels. * Perform posting adjustments within related activities. * Guide Operations staff on correct completion of shipping manifests. * List invoices, generate reports of invoices integrated into the SAP system, and issue blind invoice spreadsheets—a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company—while reconciling discrepancies among invoices, tax withholdings, and purchase order numbers. * Open SRs. * Monitor new contract processing. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills; * Prior experience in this field is preferred.
