Junior Support Analyst

Aki\+ Mobile is seeking a **Level 1 Support Analyst** to provide customer service and operational support for its MVNO operations, ensuring agility, quality, and excellence in supporting customers, partners, and internal teams. We seek an organized, communicative professional with an analytical mindset who enjoys technology, telecommunications, and problem-solving. Key responsibilities * Provide Level 1 support to customers and partners; * Open, track, and route technical tickets; * Assist with mobile line activations, number portability, and configurations; * Monitor incidents and log occurrences in the system; * Support initial identification and resolution of mobile service failures; * Provide support via phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and internal platforms; * Escalate requests to higher support levels when necessary; * Update operational reports and controls; * Assist with basic service and feature testing and certification; * Ensure quality and responsiveness in all interactions. Requirements * Completed high school *(technical or undergraduate degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields preferred but not required);* * Basic knowledge of telecommunications and technical support; * Familiarity with customer service and ticketing systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational and analytical abilities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and operating systems.
