As an e\-commerce intern, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of digital commerce, acquire valuable skills, and directly contribute to the success of our online store. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support day-to-day operations within the company's e\-commerce ecosystem and digital channels. The primary objective is to ensure smooth operation of daily tools and provide first-level support for the ERP system and its satellite systems, serving as the first point of contact for resolving queries and monitoring processes. * Assist internal users with operational and technical questions, ensuring prompt problem resolution; * Monitor data closing and reconciliation across various digital platforms; * Support the use of management systems (ERP) and ensure satellite tools operate correctly; * Monitor data flow between systems to identify and report synchronization failures in real time; * Support the team in efficiently using Office 365 tools and assist in implementing and using new AI tools in daily operations; * Assist in creating and updating process manuals for digital area users. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. Skills: * Strong written communication skills. * Data analysis capability. * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. * Technical curiosity and quick learning ability. * Analytical and structured thinking. * Results-oriented mindset (efficiency and scalability). * Ability to work with AI as a daily tool.
