We are seeking a professional eager to work in an environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement — the pillars of our SHAPE culture: Shared success, helping each other succeed, continuous improvement, purpose-driven leadership, and valuing all voices. **Responsibilities and duties** * Collect, generate, model, and analyze data from different areas with accuracy and critical thinking. * Consolidate reports, ensuring information maintenance, security, and traceability. * Develop interactive dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel). * Ensure quality, integrity, and governance of analytical data. * Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. * Support projects with areas such as PPCP, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance by structuring actions and monitoring KPIs. * Promote a data-driven culture by training teams and disseminating best practices. * Act ethically and in alignment with organizational values. * Comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in progress in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, business intelligence, and data visualization. * Prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in metallurgical or metal-mechanical sectors. * Advanced proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Excel, Query, and databases. * Experience building and automating reports and optimizing processes based on data. * Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various business areas. * Experience with SAP. * ERP implementation experience is desirable.
