**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist the business manager in serving cooperative members, both in-person and through other channels;
* Provide information on all products and services offered by the cooperative;
* Manage documentation filing;
* Enter data related to registrations and product/service contracts, monitor these processes, and organize dossiers—thereby contributing to well-organized, compliant operational execution;
* Support the cooperative’s commercial activities and other departments.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education or currently pursuing a University degree;
* Prior experience in customer service preferred;
* CPA certification preferred;
* Class B driver’s license and availability for travel.
