Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating operational activities related to receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping, and transportation, ensuring adherence to deadlines, process accuracy, and operational efficiency at the Distribution Center. Main Responsibilities: Supervise logistics teams, ensuring execution of processes in accordance with established standards; Monitor performance indicators (productivity, accuracy, efficiency, absenteeism); Conduct daily alignment meetings with team leaders and supervisors to prioritize tasks; Ensure compliance with operational protocols and safety regulations; Support work schedule, vacation, and overtime planning; Analyze failures and propose corrective and preventive action plans; Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to enhance team members’ technical and behavioral development; Ensure employees’ physical safety and proper use of equipment and PPE. Requirements: Completed high school education (Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred); Prior experience leading logistics teams; Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and inventory control; Knowledge of best practices in warehousing, FIFO/FEFO, and loss control; Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime.
