Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant for a frozen food manufacturing facility, responsible for food processing and packaging in compliance with food safety guidelines and as part of a team. Maintaining a clean and organized workplace We are looking for a Production Assistant for our frozen food manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will play a role on the production line, assisting in the efficient processing and packaging of food products while adhering to food safety guidelines. The Production Assistant will work as part of a team under the supervision of a production leader or supervisor. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare ingredients required for frozen food production, following recipes and provided instructions. \- Operate machinery and equipment used in food processing, ensuring safety and proper functionality. \- Assist in assembling and preparing food products, ensuring compliance with specifications. \- Package frozen foods correctly using packaging machines and labelers, in accordance with company guidelines. \- Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including regular cleaning of equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. **Requirements:** · Completed high school education (or equivalent). · Prior production experience, preferably in the food industry. · Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene. · Physical capability to perform tasks that may involve lifting weights or constant movement. · Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions. · Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
