Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and operate power plant assets in real time via SCADA, ensuring availability and performance. * Analyze operational alarms and respond according to criticality, including contingencies. * Identify generation deviations using indicators and track unavailability events. * Perform operational switching maneuvers when applicable and authorized. * Conduct performance analyses and identify recurring failures. * Correlate operational data to prepare technical diagnostics. * Support Engineering and O\&M teams in root cause analysis and generation optimization. * Manage alarms and events, ensuring logging, classification, and traceability. * Handle incidents per SLA, escalating when necessary. * Ensure timely updating and standardization of operational events. * Manage incidents and maintain operational communication with stakeholders. * Interact with field teams, monitoring and supporting technical interventions. * Monitor operational KPIs and propose continuous improvements. * Prepare operational reports and consolidate relevant information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanics or related fields (preferred); * Prior experience in Integrated Operations Centers (IOC); * Availability to work on rotating shifts; * Valid driver’s license will be considered a plus; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** PEOPLE are our greatest ENERGY.
