




**Pre\-preparation, organization, and cleaning** of the workspace, in addition to providing direct assistance to the chef or pastry chef during plating and final preparation of dishes. Maintain the work surface, utensils, equipment (ovens, mixers, refrigerators), and dessert area clean and organized at all times, following ANVISA food safety regulations. Assist in the final plating of dessert dishes to ensure they are served to customers with proper presentation and quality standards.
