With courage and dedication, we have established ourselves in the transportation industry and today expanded our operations across Brazil through six companies comprising our Group, positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform loading/unloading, packaging, and storage of cargo strictly according to the POP (Standard Operating Procedure), respecting labeling, quantity, volume, weight, and cargo type — whether in trucks, on platforms, on pallets, in cages, or loose. * Ensure proper arrangement of cargo inside vehicles, packaging it for optimal space utilization, safety, organization, and compliance with Weight and Dimension Regulations; * Prioritize goods requiring movement during loading; * Scan goods using barcode scanners during loading and unloading; * Inspect for damaged goods during vehicle loading; * Inspect for damaged goods or improperly packaged cargo upon truck arrival; * Other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 4 months’ tenure with the company and 4 months in the most recent position; * Completed elementary education; * Completed high school education (preferred). * Experience in truck loading and unloading; * Availability to work afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday (Mon: 6:00 PM–11:06 PM / Tue–Fri: 1:00 PM–10:42 PM / Sat: 12:30 PM–5:21 PM); **Additional Information** * Productivity bonus (monthly) * Evening shift premium allowance * Paid overtime * Meal voucher * Gympass * Health insurance (after probation period) * Dental insurance (after probation period) * Pharmaceutical benefits plan (after probation period) * Performance-based rewards program (annual bonus) Here, we create pathways to reach our dreams.
