Job Summary: Machine Operator to perform unloading, organization, transportation, and loading of raw materials, with a focus on optimizing agricultural productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Work schedule from Monday to Saturday **None:** We are a company whose mission is to provide solutions that increase agricultural productivity through the transformation of liabilities and more efficient use of natural resources, thereby reducing environmental impact. Accordingly, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane ethanol plant sites. RESPONSIBILITIES * Unload raw materials and collect samples for submission to Quality Control; * Operate wheel loader to feed raw materials into the production plant; * Manage and organize the organic material receiving yard using a wheel loader; * Load trucks with organic material using a wheel loader; * Transport organic material from the receiving yard to the production plant; * Operate tractor with compost turner implement to turn windrows; * Perform various tasks using a wheel loader; * Carry out duties pertinent to the position as requested by management; * Clean equipment upon request from immediate supervisor; PROFESSIONAL PROFILE Requirements * Completed elementary education * Experience operating wheel loader and truck * Driver's license category D * Minimum 6 months of experience Preferred Qualifications * Experience in fertilizer manufacturing industries * Experience operating tractors with implements Skills * Communication and proactivity * Commitment and engagement * Organization **Schedule:** 07:30\-11:30 / 12:40\-16:00, Monday to Saturday **None:** None
