Continuous development of people Strategically engage in the **training, qualification, and enhancement of drivers and inspectors**, promoting safe, responsible, and company-standard-aligned driving, with a focus on **accident prevention**, reduction of **operational incidents**, and continuous improvement of **telematics** indicators. Responsibilities * Deliver theoretical and practical training to drivers and inspectors across units, reinforcing best practices in safe driving, traffic legislation, and defensive driving; * Directly contribute to **accident and incident prevention**, supporting the reduction of occurrences recorded by telematics; * Plan, organize, and deliver training aligned with operational needs and company guidelines; * Manage administrative aspects of training, including **attendance lists**, records, and documentation organization; * Support units in standardizing behaviors, promoting a strong culture of **safety, responsibility, and respect for life**. **Requirements** * Driver's License **Category D**, with **EAR – Exercising Remunerated Activity**; * Proven experience in **public passenger transportation**; * Valid and up-to-date **Traffic Instructor Credential issued by Detran**; * Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and email usage. **Competencies** * Clear and didactic communication; * Educator profile: patient and collaborative; * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Ability to influence behavior and promote attitude change in traffic. **Why Work With Us** Here, you will join a company that **transports lives**, where safety, quality, and respect are non-negotiable values.
