We foster an inclusive environment where everyone is respected and recognized for their authenticity and potential—regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. **Job Mission:** Manage the company’s sales and product promotion processes, ensuring effective execution of planned commercial strategies, achievement of established targets, and appropriate training of the sales team—guaranteeing full alignment with the Company’s objectives and contribution to expected results. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your challenges will include:** * Monitoring daily sales activities, promoting continuous development of sales executives through field training and coaching, tracking sales team performance, setting targets, and identifying opportunities for improvement in ongoing activities; * Implementing sales strategies defined by the Commercial Manager, ensuring their effective execution within the assigned segment; * Monitoring team adherence to commercial policies, profit margins, and payment terms; * Identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting adjustments to sales strategies and approaches; * Monitoring and analyzing sales indicators (KPIs), performance metrics, expenses, profitability, and team productivity—ensuring objective achievement; * Preparing weekly and monthly sales performance reports, forecasting sales volumes and revenue; * Conducting market and competitor analyses to support strategic planning for the area; * Performing strategic visits to high-potential and high-impact customers to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure continued satisfaction; * Supporting sales negotiations and deal closures alongside sales representatives when necessary; * Resolving conflicts and providing support for customer requests or complaints; * Planning and organizing sales initiatives to promote products within the assigned segment, identifying priority areas and customers; * Managing promotional campaigns and ensuring the sales team is aligned with marketing activities; * Controlling the sales pipeline, ensuring proper management of leads and opportunities; * Managing the achievement of commercial targets by developing action plans; * Capturing and maximizing sales opportunities among our customers and markets, while maintaining strong relationships; * Complying with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, occupational health, and safety requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Completed postgraduate studies; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this or related areas. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software; * Market and product knowledge. **Additional information** Join us and enjoy incredible benefits!
