**Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in administration, international relations or related fields, or currently pursuing a degree with expected completion in 2025; * Previous experience in export and import, with hands-on work in the field; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level); * Advanced English (ability to communicate); * Experience conducting activities autonomously, prioritizing demands, and making decisions based on objective criteria; * Experience in environments requiring attention to detail, quality control, and process organization. **Desirable Requirements:** * Specialization in foreign trade topics; * Fluent English; * Intermediate Spanish; * Knowledge of SAP system. **Responsibilities:** * Support the sales team in operational and bureaucratic procedures related to foreign trade. * Organize, record, and track documentation required by regulatory agencies (such as Federal Revenue, DECEX, among others). * Interface with brokers, customs brokers, banks, and other entities involved in import and export processes. * Arrange and coordinate national and international transportation services, ensuring deadlines and compliance with legal requirements. * Monitor the progress of foreign trade processes, keeping all stakeholders informed about status and potential pending issues. * Assist internal and external clients, clarifying doubts and sending updates (follow-ups). **This position is also available for people with disabilities (PcD).**
