Conduct research and support research on new products and components **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of analog and digital microcontroller-based electronic circuits; * Proficiency in embedded C programming and the ARM STM32 family, including its associated IDE; * Practical experience using various sensors and electromechanical components; * Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer; * Hands-on ability to conceive and develop functional prototypes; * Capability to execute and conceptualize original, complex electronic product designs. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in embedded electronics design, especially for agricultural products; * Completed Master's degree in Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities** * Resolve technical engineering problems; * Conceive innovative *(hardware and software)* concepts for portable agricultural machinery, accessories, and/or components; * Design and prototype such concepts, components, and mechanisms for diverse agricultural operations (e.g., spraying, harvesting, planting, etc.); * Oversee prototype development and internal/external testing; * Monitor product conception, manufacturing, testing, and approval according to project specifications, ensuring compliance with requirements; * Conduct research and support research on new products and components.
