**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work in Pompeia; * Availability to work in shifts. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience with manufacturing activities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform physical material handling according to raw materials specified in the Production Order, as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Follow procedures for material withdrawal and return to inventory, as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Assist in preparing raw materials / additives / pigments according to specifications in the Production Order; * Clean mill cabins; * Perform grinding and disposal of production sludge and scrap; assist in sending released materials from inventory to production; * Assist in weighing and identifying materials to be sent to third parties for industrial processing; * Operate preparation equipment (mills, crushers, extruders, mixers, and micronizers) according to each equipment’s technical specifications and received instructions; may occasionally operate an electric pallet jack, provided trained and authorized. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PcD).**
