We seek a professional to work directly with Production Engineering, supporting factory daily operations and leading improvements in production processes.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with Production Engineering to monitor daily factory operations;
* Identify bottlenecks, failures, losses, and improvement opportunities in production processes;
* Coordinate and monitor continuous improvement actions on the shop floor;
* Provide technical support to production departments, contributing to greater operational stability;
* Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes, setups, and production flow;
* Support process standardization, work methods, and operational best practices;
* Assist in tests, validations, process adjustments, and implementation of improvements;
* Serve as the interface between production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and other support areas;
* Contribute to increased productivity, reduced rework, and improved factory performance;
* Develop nesting/programs for laser cutting machines
**What We Expect:**
A practical professional with strong shop-floor experience and technical knowledge of industrial metal-mechanical processes, capable of bridging operations and engineering to improve productivity, quality, standardization, and efficiency.
Experience in an industrial environment and factory routine.
Knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, especially: laser cutting, bending, MIG welding, spot welding, laser welding, reading and interpreting technical drawings, ability to analyze and solve process-related problems, and ease of collaboration with operational and engineering teams.
**Academic Qualification:**
Technical degree in fields such as: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Processes, Mechatronics, Industrial Production, and/or Metallurgy.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* General knowledge of industrial CNC machine programming
* Experience in continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization
* Familiarity with production, quality, and efficiency KPIs
* Knowledge of time and motion studies
* Familiarity with industrial ERP systems and production routines
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Salary: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
