Job Summary: Technical Support Consultant to be responsible for generating and managing civil works adaptation projects for elevator installations and providing technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for civil works adaptation projects 2. Customer monitoring and assistance with installation manuals 3. Technical knowledge in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, and construction Technical Support Consultant \#500 Workplace City: Colombo/PR – Neighborhood: Campo Pequeno Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, with a break from 11:40 AM to 12:40 PM. Main Responsibilities: • Generate and manage civil works adaptation projects for elevator installations; • Monitor customers during launch installations and/or product improvements; • Address customer questions regarding the need for civil works to install elevators; • Assist customers by sending installation and user manuals; • Validate customer orders by reviewing the site data sheet; • Provide technical support to customers. Academic Qualifications: • Completed High School. • Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. • A Technical Course in Construction is a plus. Required Professional Experience: • Experience in Technical Support, performing maintenance on electronic and mechanical equipment at companies involved in assembling and installing control panels for elevators, platforms, automatic doors, barriers, turnstiles, and intelligent information and mechanical systems. Mandatory Requirements: • Technical knowledge in mechanics, mechatronics, electronics, and construction. • Polite, patient, courteous, and proactive when interacting with customers. • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Residence within a 15 km radius of the company (up to 20 km if easily accessible).
