The professional will be responsible for assisting in the development, monitoring, and standardization of manufacturing methods, contributing to increased efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the analysis and optimization of production processes; * Develop and update work instructions, flowcharts, and production routings; * Monitor testing of new products, devices, and tools; * Conduct time and motion studies and assist in line balancing analyses; * Support the implementation of improvements and modifications to the factory layout; * Collect data and prepare technical reports for the processes area; * Monitor performance indicators (OEE, productivity, scrap, rework); * Provide technical support to production in resolving operational issues. **Requirements** * Completed technical course in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Production, or related fields**; * Knowledge of **technical drawing and interpretation of mechanical designs**; * Familiarity with **machining, welding, assembly, or industrial automation** is desirable; * Experience with quality tools (5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA) is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is a plus). **Desired Profile** * Analytical thinking and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Organization and commitment to deadlines.
