Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, optimize processes, ensure safety standards, and develop the team in a collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Team development and promotion of a collaborative work environment Coordinate and supervise daily production team activities; Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures; Manage the production schedule and allocate resources effectively; Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing continuous improvements; Train and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; Prepare production performance reports and present results to management. Technical or higher education degree in production-related fields, metallurgy, or engineering; Proven experience leading production teams, preferably in the metallurgical/steel industry; Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards; Ability to manage people, motivate teams, and resolve conflicts; Analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions; Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail; Basic knowledge of production management tools (e.g., 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
