VETERINARIAN (SANITARY SPECIALIST)

Your **mission** will be to serve as the technical manager for hatcheries (4 units), overseeing contamination indices, implementing biosecurity programs, executing technical activities to ensure product quality, managing vaccination programs, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Lead, train, educate, and motivate the broiler technical team;
* Actively participate in training production teams on SOPs / Technical Instructions related to product quality;
* Responsible for maintaining product quality assurance (broilers);
* Technical manager for broilers;
* Responsible for preparing and maintaining the descriptive memorandum for broilers (MAPA);
* Responsible for developing and implementing the “disinfection program”;
* Responsible for developing and implementing the “sanitary monitoring program” for broilers;
* Responsible for disseminating/verifying the “vaccination program” distributed by farms / commercial departments;
* Directly responsible for the broiler biosecurity program;
* Directly responsible for evaluating customer complaint forms (Customer Service Center);
* Responsible for compliance with current legislation issued by MAPA, municipal authorities, environmental agencies, and others (NR and other governmental regulations);
* Actively participate in meetings related to continuous quality improvement programs;
* Propose solutions and/or revisions of SOPs / Technical Instructions, charts, flowcharts, etc.;
* Provide support to technical teams within broiler farms;
* Actively participate in reviewing and auditing technical results (monitoring, programs, etc.), sharing outcomes and holding broiler farms accountable for required actions;
* Monitor, utilize, and assume accountability for data entered into the Avecom system related to technical activities;
* Support the broiler manager in collecting production data / zootechnical performance results / evaluations;
* Collect production/quality data related to products, for formal complaint response (Customer Service Center) and record completion;
* Receive and accompany field/commercial technical visits;
* Receive and accompany official visits (MAPA);
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine;
* Experience in poultry industry companies is a plus;
* Knowledge of biosecurity programs.
