If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Oversee activities comprising the project scope, verifying adherence to milestones defined for the project, thereby contributing to fulfillment of contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Execute activities related to project phases according to logical sequence, to meet the critical path (sequence of longest-duration activities) established in the construction schedule. * Adhere to the execution schedule, fulfilling stages identified in the construction planning while applying implemented controls to ensure compliance with established deadlines. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data collection, report generation, and other measures, to provide relevant information supporting timely deliverables. * Generate and disseminate periodic construction monitoring reports, illustrating progress, bottlenecks, losses, and key risks inherent to execution, aiming to meet initially planned and scheduled deadlines. * Participate in periodic construction planning and control meetings with service providers to monitor deadlines and align necessary actions for schedule compliance. * Attend interface-area meetings related to contracts within your area of responsibility, to align and identify interferences potentially impacting the planned project development. * Perform assigned tasks per received planning, under supervision and/or support from professionals with greater technical expertise or immediate manager—even for occasional guidance or problem resolution. Does not yet demonstrate full proficiency across all processes, operations, or equipment within the area or full productivity level. * Support senior professionals in processes inherent to your area of expertise, leveraging their experience for self-development. * Participate in implementing departmental work plans and procedures, executing and monitoring required technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Technical education in fields such as Engineering, Administration, Civil Construction, or related disciplines. * Experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance Shutdowns. * Knowledge of planning techniques and tools, such as Gantt charts, PERT/CPM networks, S-curves, among others. * Familiarity with project planning and management software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools. * Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate schedules. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Strong analytical skills and ability to efficiently solve problems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with capacity to interact across diverse teams and hierarchical levels. * Basic knowledge of risk management and schedule issue mitigation. * Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to Shutdowns. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Breu Branco/PA * Working Hours: 44 hours per week **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gym Membership via Gympass Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
