About this role Senior Site Logistics Leader has overall responsibility and accountability for the plant logistics assets, personnel and achievement of the plant related business goals. The role delivers plant based business and administrative leadership to an empowered, work process driven, plant logistics organization. The Senior Site Logistics Leader serves in a vital role for Logistics, utilizing process knowledge, technical expertise, and logistics and/or operations experience to troubleshoot and correct process or equipment issues, which improves performance and reliability for multiple transportation modes, as well as assist, teach and coach plant personnel.
