




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead teams, plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, contributing to continuous process improvement with a focus on safety, productivity, and cost. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with solid experience in building and industrial maintenance, capable of leading teams, planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and contributing to continuous process improvement—and who is ready to join our team. Work with a focus on safety, productivity, and cost. Requirements: * Knowledge of hydraulics and electricity. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems. * Planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance. Typical Responsibilities: * Coordinate maintenance team activities (priorities, urgencies). * Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance plans. * Analyze failures and propose durable technical solutions. * Monitor maintenance indicators (backlog). * Ensure team safety during operations (NRs, work permits, etc.). * Supervise in-house, outsourced services, and audits. Desired Education: * Technical course in Electricity, Hydraulics, or related fields (mandatory) and driver’s license. * Complementary courses, or degree in Maintenance Management, Leadership, or Occupational Safety.
