Dow has an opportunity for an EHS\&S Technician located in Breu Branco \- PA (BRA). In this role, the professional shares responsibility for implementing the EHS\&S management system to meet the company's health, safety and environmental objectives and maintain the license to operate. Provides practical environmental, industrial hygiene (IH), and health and safety (H\&S) activities for Dow's Breu Branco plant. Requires full proficiency in a variety of technical, operational, or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable work experience to perform a variety of job assignments related to the Occupational Safety Technician position. Responsibilities:* Implement detailed day-to-day EHS\&S programs at the task level using EHS\&S work processes, standards and procedures. * Ensure that environmental, IH, health and safety aspects of operational discipline are appropriate and applied to achieve EHS\&S performance goals. * Serve as the plant resource for EHS\&S information regarding procedures, policies, guidelines and standards. * Serve as the plant contact for environmental, IH and health and safety issues. * Guide teams and individuals in EH\&S-related tasks and activities. * Assist in developing and achieving area or plant EH\&S goals. * Ensure compliance tasks are completed. * Perform/coordinate certain environmental and IH monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting for the plant. Requirements:* Completed technical course in occupational safety, with certification.
