We are curious, innovative, and collaborative; we value diversity, autonomy, and teamwork. **Work Model:** Hybrid **Location:** Curitiba, Paraná Responsibilities: **✨Activities You Will Lead:** * Design automated routines for collecting, consuming, and integrating diverse data sources; * Provide fact- and data-driven insights to support decision-making through analyses and correlations; * Support business areas with studies and analyses to improve the accuracy of action plans; * Develop dashboards to democratize the customer voice and performance data directly impacting the customer experience; * Support the definition of the operational excellence project pipeline; * Manage operational excellence projects; * Map processes and identify optimization/improvement opportunities; conduct root cause analysis and jointly define action plans with relevant departments; * Apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to develop operational excellence projects; * Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data to support decisions using statistical techniques and data analysis; * Monitor and document implemented projects to provide greater control for the area; * Build, implement, and scale training programs, policies, and processes for internal departments and suppliers; * Define KPIs and build reports to track results.
