Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to ensure projects are executed with technical rigor, on schedule, and safely—coordinating teams and overseeing on-site execution. Maintain finishing standards, site cleanliness, and safety. **Construction Supervisor** We are expanding our technical team and looking for a **Construction Supervisor** who combines strong technical expertise with people management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our projects are delivered with the highest technical rigor, respecting deadlines and current safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Coordinate and guide field teams (in-house and subcontracted) to ensure productivity and a healthy organizational climate. * **Technical Inspection:** Supervise the execution of construction phases according to project plans (structural, architectural, electrical, and hydraulic). * **Schedule & Deadlines:** Monitor activity progress to ensure strict compliance with the physical schedule. * **Material Control:** Verify received materials, control consumption, and prevent waste on site. * **Occupational Safety:** Ensure all workers correctly use PPE and comply with safety regulations (NR\-18 and NR\-35\). * **Quality:** Maintain finishing standards and overall site cleanliness and organization. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Proven experience in a supervision role. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings and familiarity with ABNT technical standards. * **Behavioral Profile:** Assertive leadership, strong communication skills, proactivity, and conflict resolution ability. * **Tools:** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) for reporting; familiarity with construction management software is preferred. * **Mobility:** Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel between job sites as required.
