Welcoming and guidance focused on quality **Job Objective** Provide initial reception for patients and companions, ensuring welcoming, guidance, and support throughout the entire clinic visit process, guaranteeing correct patient registration, verification of documents, and referral for examinations, thereby contributing to quality and efficiency in patient flow. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel reception for patients and companions. * Register and update patient data in the clinic's system. * Verify personal identification documents, medical orders, authorizations, and health insurance forms. * Guide patients regarding examination preparation, appointment times, and patient flow procedures. * Schedule, reschedule, and confirm examinations as needed. * Refer patients to the appropriate departments according to scheduled examinations. * Organize and maintain the reception area and patient service zone in proper working condition. * Support documentation, file, and medical record organization according to the clinic's workflow. * Open patient files and verify data for billing purposes. * Provide support to clinical teams as needed to organize patient flow. * Ensure confidentiality of patient information, complying with **LGPD and institutional policies**. * Adhere to internal procedures, standards, and institutional quality and safety requirements. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school education. **Desirable:** * Prior experience in hospital reception, medical clinics, or imaging diagnostics. * Knowledge of health insurance plans and authorizations. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems. **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and courteous communication * Empathy and patient-centered care * Organization * Efficiency * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Professional demeanor **Working Conditions** * Direct public interaction. * Work environment in a medical clinic / imaging diagnostics facility. * Flexible shift scheduling based on unit needs.
