Job Summary: Professional responsible for organizing, inspecting, and packaging materials; supporting shipping operations; maintaining equipment; collaborating with the team; and operating scales and manual pallet jacks. Collaboration with team members and internal customers. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Organize packaging materials and supplies according to instructions and production orders. Verify labels vs. profiles before packaging; sort by batch/type. Package according to specifications and approval from immediate supervisor. Move materials for weighing and shipping; direct packaged items to the next stage. Build pallets and assist with loading/unloading when requested. Conduct basic visual inspections; report non-conformities. Maintain equipment and workplace; report damages/incidents. Cooperate with peers and internal customers (weighing/shipping); follow supervisor’s instructions. Use PPE/EPC and adhere to 5S principles; immediately report accidents. Operate scales, sealers, tape/film dispensers, corner protectors, carts, and manual pallet jacks. Follow manuals/procedures and promote company mission/vision. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education.
