Sales techniques. Marketing strategies. Brand policies. * **Performance Evaluation:** Evaluate distributor performance through sales review and goal achievement assessment. Provide constructive feedback to improve sales. * **Product Promotion:** Actively promote O Boticário’s current products and marketing campaigns. Encourage distributor participation and effective product promotion. * **Inventory Management:** Assist distributors in inventory management, ensuring availability and adequate replenishment. * **Distributor Support:** Provide support regarding orders, deliveries, and procedures, in collaboration with the customer support team. * **Feedback Collection:** Collect distributor feedback on market needs, issues, and suggestions for improvement. * **Motivation and Goals:** Motivate distributors to achieve their sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. * **Training and Meetings:** Attend scheduled trainings outlined in the franchisor’s learning paths, as well as in-person trainings and franchisee meetings. * **Negotiation:** Conduct negotiations or renegotiations with delinquent distributors.
