Sincerely, HR Team \- AP Ponto **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct technical site visits to verify customer assistance requests. * Support the identification of non-conformities and register incidents in the internal system. * Assist in monitoring service providers during maintenance and repair work. * Ensure proper use of PPEs, materials, and tools. * Complete service reports and checklists according to company standards. * Provide courteous, empathetic, and respectful customer service during all interactions. * Support corrective and preventive actions related to the quality of delivered properties. * Issue purchase orders and invoices Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Requirements** * **Education:** Civil engineering degree (completed or in progress) or technical qualification in building construction * **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, experience in building maintenance, construction projects, or technical customer service is a plus. * **Desired Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
