Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there’s no limit to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—all within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your routine on the BP team as*** ***Telecom Coordinator?*** * Coordinate the Telecom team, ensuring stability, performance, and efficiency of voice platforms; * Manage incidents, prioritizing requests, leading root cause analysis, and defining contingency plans; * Monitor, analyze, and report technical KPIs, availability, call quality, and performance indicators; * Plan, certify, and execute implementations of new routes, IVRs, and CRM integrations; * Manage vendors, ensuring SLA compliance, invoice control, contracts, and telephony costs; * Ensure compliance with ANATEL regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements; * Research, evaluate, and implement technical and financial optimization solutions; * Reduce critical incidents and recurring failures across platforms; * Implement technical improvements that increase availability and reduce operational costs; * Act as the technical focal point in the absence of managers and leadership; * Develop the technical team, structuring successors and promoting continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What do you need to join us?*** * Completed degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Systems, or related fields; * Experience managing technical teams and contact center / voice platform environments; * Proficiency in telephony solutions and voice infrastructure (Asterisk, Aspect, Avaya, Khomp or equivalents); * Solid knowledge of networks, SIP, DID, STIR/SHAKEN, 0303 numbering, call recording, and call rating; * Analytical ability to interpret technical indicators (CDSR, PDD, ASR, QoS, etc.); * Experience in governance, contract management, SLAs, and technical compliance; * Skills in relationship management and negotiation with carriers and strategic vendors; * Structured profile, results-oriented, focused on operational stability and continuous improvement; * Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical scenarios into objective, executive-level language. **Additional Information** ***Work Schedule:*** * 8h12 daily; * Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00. ***Work Model/Location:*** Hybrid \| Downtown \- Curitiba / PR ***Our Benefits:*** Fixed Salary; Production Bonus; Meal Voucher of $31.00 per working day; Transportation Voucher; Career Development Plan; Multi-benefit Card; Life Insurance; SESC Membership University Partnerships; Corporate University; A relaxing day off—"*Day Off*" on your birthday; "Just dress no code"—be yourself! ***For your health:*** Dental Plan; Gympass/Wellhub Psychological Support; If needed, we have doctors available at our units. **\#JoinBP** Hello!
