Mauá, 1050, Centro Histórico, with operations across other areas under the responsibility of the Port Authority. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Employment Type:** Permanent ### **About the Opportunity** We are seeking an **IT Technician** to provide technical support and maintenance for equipment and systems, ensuring the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure and meeting user requirements. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operating systems and IT equipment. * Provide technical support to users. * Configure hardware and software. * Perform installation, replacement, and upgrading of equipment. * Identify and resolve operational failures related to hardware and software. * Support the management and organization of information technology services. * Work in accordance with best practices for IT service management. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Additional courses in Information Technology, Electronics, or Telecommunications. * Valid driver's license (Class B). * Personal vehicle. * Availability for travel. ### **Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 2\.141,72** * Meal allowance: **R$ 35.00 per workday** * Bonus of **R$ 100.00 per achievement of performance indicator targets** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * SESC membership benefits * Other benefits: * Mileage reimbursement for client-requested travel Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Qualifications:* Microcomputer Systems, Extracurricular / Vocational Training * Information Technology, Technical Course * Internet Informatics, Technical Course Driver's License Requirement: B Personal Vehicle Availability for Travel
