We are seeking an Installation Technician to join our team and contribute to business growth! ***Job Responsibilities:*** You will be responsible for ensuring full functionality of telemetry and security systems, working directly in the field and contributing to excellence in customer experience. * Provide technical support to clients, ensuring performance and reliability of installed systems. * Perform installations, preventive and corrective maintenance, adhering to quality and safety standards. * Identify and diagnose technical faults, propose effective solutions, and carry out necessary adjustments. * Record service reports and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes. * Train and guide clients and technical teams on proper usage and maintenance of equipment. * Install, configure, and activate wired and wireless electronic security systems. * Conduct tests, adjustments, and functional validations to ensure efficiency of deployed systems. ***Requirements:*** * Technical or higher education degree in Electroelectronics, Automotive Electrician, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required. * Experience in Service and Technical Support areas, including hands-on fieldwork. * Knowledge/experience using multimeter scales. * Knowledge/experience interpreting automotive electrical schematics (voltage and power supply). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ***Preferred Qualification:*** Knowledge in **Telemetry**. ***NOTE:*** **Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel for work.** Compensation: R$2.500,00 \- R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
