Description:

* Completed High School education;
* Dynamic, solution-oriented, and communicative profile.
What could set you apart:
* Currently pursuing a university degree;
* Knowledge of health insurance plans;
* Experience in customer service and/or scheduling centers;
* Answer telephone calls to provide general information to hospitalized patients, their families, and external individuals—addressing inquiries regarding the health status of ICU patients, parking operations, service operating hours, and other requested information—with the objective of promptly informing customers while adhering to established policies and procedures.
* Answer telephone calls and transfer them to internal extensions or patients' rooms.
* Schedule medical appointments for clinics located in the Oncology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, and Neurology Centers, as well as the Iguatemi Unit, providing information on accredited physicians, available appointment times and dates, following established procedures to expedite and simplify the appointment booking process and meet patient demand.
* Schedule diagnostic imaging, endoscopy, Iguatemi Unit, and cardiology examinations, following established procedures to facilitate and accelerate patient access to the hospital and ensure efficient examination scheduling.
* Perform proactive support duties by handling chat inquiries and making outbound calls to patients to inform them of examination cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
* Continuously monitor emails and resolve issues received electronically.
