DTF MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Summary: Operate, configure, and monitor the DTF (Direct To Film) printing machine to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery according to standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and monitor the DTF printing machine. 2. Perform print calibration and adjustments. 3. Basic computer skills and graphic software knowledge. **Job Objective:** ---------------------- Operate, configure, and monitor the DTF (Direct To Film) printing machine to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery, in compliance with the company's technical and operational standards. **Main Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Operate the DTF printing machine according to production orders. * Prepare print files according to technical specifications. * Load inks, films, and other required consumables. * Perform basic calibrations and print adjustments. * Monitor print quality (color, alignment, definition, and finish). * Apply adhesive powder and perform curing according to standard procedures. * Control material consumption and prevent waste. * Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance. * Report technical failures to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with sector safety and organization standards (5S). **Requirements – Technical Knowledge:** ---------------------------------------- * Basic computer skills. * Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or other graphic software. * Knowledge of screen printing and digital printing processes (preferred). * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
