Manage and develop the team We are hiring an **Operations Supervisor** to work at an airline catering company located at **Porto Alegre Airport**, responsible for producing sophisticated meals and snacks served during flights. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the operations (transportation) team, ensuring timely execution of activities on the airport tarmac without causing delays in deliveries, security procedures, or daily flight schedule compliance; * Invoice control; * Ensure additional supply replenishments are performed whenever necessary; * Manage the team, supporting development and conflict resolution.
