Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure daily execution of anaerobic digestion with operational discipline and field control, acting as the owner of execution. We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission** * Ensure daily anaerobic digestion execution with operational discipline, field control, and rapid response to incidents. * Ensure process stability, routine standardization, and reduction of recurrences. * Act as the field execution owner, ensuring compliance with the operational plan. **Area Scope** * Receiving (gatehouse/weighbridge), operational characterization, and inbound control. * Pre-treatment and feed systems. * Anaerobic digesters (CSTR reactors and secondary lagoon). * Biogas production and desulfurization. * Air/odor treatment in the waste pavilion. * Management of corrective chemicals for the process. * Generation and delivery of raw digestate. **Points of Delivery (PDE)** * PDE-1: Desulfurized biogas delivered to the Gases area according to defined operational criteria. * PDE-2: Raw digestate delivered to the Digestate area according to defined operational criteria. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize the team and daily operational routine. * Ensure completion of checklists and recordkeeping. * Conduct operational screening and apply compliance protocols. * Respond to incidents and escalate per established rules. * Coordinate maintenance windows and support preventive and corrective maintenance. **Responsibility Indicators** * Operational discipline and shift standards. * Reduction of recurrences in receiving/pre-treatment. * Quality of deliveries at PDE-1 and PDE-2. * Adherence to the operational plan. * Structured communication and appropriate escalation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Control and Automation) or related fields. **Technical Competencies** * Experience in industrial operations (preferably in anaerobic digestion, biogas, or waste management). * Knowledge of industrial biological processes. * Ability to read and interpret operational parameters. * Experience leading operational teams. * Integration with maintenance functions. **Behavioral Competencies** * Operational discipline and rigor. * Decision-making under pressure. * Objective and structured communication. * Sense of responsibility and ownership mindset. **Additional Information** CLT employment contract Meal/Voucher allowance Life insurance Language course stipend Mobility allowance Unimed Unimax health plan: no monthly fee for employee and 1 dependent child Working hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a 1h12m break Work location: Triunfo/RS – Petrochemical Pole **We are Bioo, a pioneering and unique biosolutions platform in the country that transforms organic waste into bioproducts with Zero Emissions, Zero Waste.** Guided by circular economy and operational safety principles, we receive and treat organic waste to produce biomethane, food-grade carbon dioxide, and organic fertilizer—a more sustainable future for all of us! \#TheFutureIsBioo—and this is a certainty for us, because we have incredible people here who collectively build it every day!
