Train and manage direct and outsourced teams We are seeking an **Infrastructure Supervisor** to lead construction teams, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, cost, and schedule targets in accordance with strategic planning, always prioritizing safety, organization, and a positive team environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; * Plan, monitor, and inspect all infrastructure services; * Monitor the execution of services performed by in-house and outsourced teams; * Train direct and outsourced teams on operational activities; * Manage the training matrix for team members under supervision; * Measure infrastructure services; * Allocate staff according to project needs; * Address performance indicator deviations; * Monitor inspections conducted by Caixa, Compesa, CPRH, City Hall, and Neoenergia; * Request and monitor material deliveries; * Maintain tools and equipment provided by the company; * Supervise the surveying team’s activities; * Conduct 5S audits; * Ensure employee safety in accordance with internal procedures; * Issue budgetary addenda when necessary; * Plan activities based on strategic planning; * Provide regular feedback to team members; * Manage budgets for service fronts under responsibility. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Building Construction, Sanitation, or Roadworks; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field. **Preferred Qualification** * Undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering in progress. **What We Offer** * Internal benefits policy; * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Breakfast; * Day Off; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Education incentives; * Internal events; * Flexible Maternity Leave; * Instituto PIPA (Early Childhood Development Support). *Submit your resume and join Viana e Moura Construções—a growing team!* Job Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.950,30 per month Benefits: * Childcare allowance * Profit sharing * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
