We are seeking a Construction Helper / Mason's Assistant to support the crew in general site activities, ensuring organization, efficiency, and assistance to skilled workers. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally and build a solid career in this field. * Assist masons, carpenters, and other professionals in daily tasks. * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment. * Perform site cleaning and organization. * Assist in preparing mortar, concrete, and other construction materials. * Assist in loading and unloading materials. * Follow safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Perform other support tasks as directed by leadership. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a construction helper, mason's assistant, or similar role. * Availability for on-site work at construction sites. * Good physical fitness and interest in manual labor. * Commitment to schedules, safety, and proper use of PPE. * Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. * Basic knowledge of construction materials. * Experience in site organization and post-construction cleanup. * Basic occupational safety training or related NR certification.
