Job Summary: Professional responsible for patient admission in the emergency department, inpatient admission processes, check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate information delivery to enhance patient experience. If you identify with our purpose and seek professional growth and development, let’s work together! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for admitting patients receiving care in the emergency department—including those covered by health plans, private payers, and SUS—as well as managing inpatient admissions, check\-in and check\-out procedures, in accordance with institutional guidelines, ensuring accurate information is provided to patients to enhance their experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person and/or telephone service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they receive guidance from the Urgency and Emergency Department; * Admit SUS and private patients, supporting clinical and medical teams to ensure prompt care; * Assist patients and their families by informing them about institutional regulations and routines, clarifying coverage details provided by health insurance operators to ensure appropriate care and high levels of patient satisfaction. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Are Looking For:** * A professional aligned with our mission of excellence in patient care. **What You Must Have:** * Completed High School Education **Additional Information:** * Working Hours: * Rotating Shift Schedule (6 days on / 1 day off) * Work Modality: On-site **Additional Information** **Join Our Team!** We are a Marist institution that believes in the potential of our employees.
