Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to work in the Purchasing area, performing quotations, supplier negotiations, and indicator management to achieve results. Development of managerial reports and collaboration with other departments We seek a professional for in-person work in the Purchasing area: proactive, organized, with strong communication skills, analytical vision, and results-oriented. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; Advanced Excel skills; Proven experience in this role; Solid knowledge in building, analyzing, and managing indicators; Prior experience with SAP system is a plus. Responsibilities: Perform quotations, price analyses, and supplier negotiations; Lead procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services; Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and ensure compliance with negotiated terms and contracts; Evaluate supplier performance and support the qualification of new partners; Develop and monitor departmental indicators, as well as produce managerial reports; Collaborate with other departments to understand requirements and priorities.
