Participate in project development and monitoring **Opportunity to work in Bento Gonçalves or Porto Alegre.** The Budget and Planning Analyst is responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing the technical, financial, and operational resources of construction projects, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs, and targets. The role involves developing and updating project schedules, as well as monitoring physical and financial progress of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop the overall construction schedule; * Conduct feasibility studies and develop execution plans; * Perform medium-term and weekly planning; * Monitor physical progress of construction; * Manage planning constraints and assumptions; * Perform quantity take-offs based on project drawings; * Monitor and analyze construction costs; * Update budget estimates; * Validate contractor progress measurements.
